addressing the class as a whole about the cleaniless issues as u guys know, our cleaniless grades are dropping drastically. from last year's A* to today's C. so i would like to seek everyone's cooperation. i have said this over n over again. but no one seems to get it into their heads. so i shall refresh ur memories.
THINGS U MUST DO: Thursday (Routine Check) 1) before going for recess, pack ur things and arrange them nicely 2)tuck in ur chairs 3) dun leave anyting lying on the floor 4)align ur table with those in front
THESE are what u can help out with. its the minimum u can do. # for those doing duties on thursday, by hook or by crook, must do during recess. no need to do after school.
Normal Days AfterSchool( Random Check ) 1) Put ur chairs on the tables 2) Do not leave anything under ur desk 3)Pick up litter around ur area 4) align ur tables with those in front of you
THESE MUST BE DONE. # Do duty only after schools, except for those doing on thursdays. By doing all these tasks, you can lessen the burdens of those on duty. So try to help yourself by helping others.
NEXT:
Mr Tan Hy has given me the permission to clear anything left under the desk after school. So please dun leave anything under ur desk, put them into ur lockers. First time offenders let off with warning, second time offender no chance given. -By order of MR Tan Hy-
LASTLY:
I have also been granted permission to rate u guys ( -5 marks to 5 marks) for the efficency. It is based on how you do ur duties and this was suggested by Mr Tan Hy. Those who didnt do at all and without a valid reason. It would be recorded onto the class list. I would need to hand in the class list to him with all the ratings. He would take actions on these people.
So i urge you guys to cooperate. Everyone wants to have a clean classroom and a comfortable environment to study in, right? So you just need to cooperate with me. I am the same as you guys. So dun make life difficult for me and i would not make life hell for u guys. Thanks for ur kind cooperation.
